Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Diploma with 5 years of experience and good computer knowledge.
- Assistant Engineer (Environmental): Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences/Environmental Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental/Civil Engineering with CAD knowledge.
- Assistant Engineer (Hydrologist): Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering/Hydrology/Water Resources or Bachelor’s Degree in Hydrology/Environmental/Civil Engineering with CAD knowledge.
- Assistant Engineer (Public Health): Master’s Degree in Public Health Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with CAD knowledge.
- Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with good computer knowledge.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with good computer knowledge.
- Finance Officer: Graduate Degree in Commerce, Science, or Arts with Commerce, Economics, or Mathematics as one subject.
Age Limit: 18–32 years (as on 30th October 2025); 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
Experience: Required only for Mechanical Diploma holders (5 years).
Reservation: 80% combined reservation for Khasi, Jaintia, and Garo candidates.
Residence: Must be a permanent resident of Garo Hills.
