Overview
Bank of Baroda (BOB) has released an official notification BOB/HRM/APPRENTICE/ADVT/2025/02 for the engagement of Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. A total of 2700 apprenticeship seats are available across various States and Union Territories. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online as per the details below.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Age Limit: 20 to 28 years as on 01 November 2025. (Relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Government of India guidelines; for NAPS candidates, maximum age is 34 years.)
Experience: Candidates who have job experience or training for one year or more after graduation are not eligible.
Application Process
- Register on NAPS portal and/or NATS portal.
- Apply for “Bank of Baroda” apprenticeship opportunity under advertised vacancies.
- Complete the online application and pay the applicable fee via BFSI SSC link (bfsissc.com).
Application Fee:
- General / OBC / EWS: ₹800 + GST
- PwBD: ₹400 + GST
- SC / ST: Nil
- Mode of Payment: Online
Selection Process
- Online Examination (Objective type – 100 marks, no negative marking)
- Document Verification
- Test of Local Language (as applicable for the State/UT applied for)
- Medical Fitness
Note: The final selection will be based on merit list (State-wise & Category-wise).

Reservation
Reservation for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwBD categories is applicable as per Government of India norms. PwBD categories include OC, HI, VI, and ID.
Stipend
Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 during the 12-month training period. No additional allowances or benefits are applicable.
Training Duration
12 months of on-the-job training.
