- Assistant Engineer (Public Health): Master’s Degree in Public Health Engineering OR Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with good knowledge of computers including CAD.
- Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with good computer knowledge.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with good computer knowledge.
