India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB), a Government of India undertaking under the Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, has released an official notification for the recruitment of Assistant Manager (Scale-I) and Junior Associate on deputation/foreign service basis from Central/State Government/PSUs/CPSEs/Autonomous Bodies. A total of 309 vacancies are available across various IPPB branches and banking outlets in India.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduation in any discipline.
Age Limit: 20 to 35 years for Assistant Manager and 20 to 32 years for Junior Associate (as on 01 November 2025).
Experience:
- Junior Associate: Level 4, 5, 6 (Group C & B) with minimum 3 years of experience (CDA) / W-4, 5, 6 (Workmen category) in IDA scale.
- Assistant Manager: Level 7 with 5 years of experience or Level 8 with 3 years (CDA) / Level E-1 or E-0 with 3 years (IDA).
Note: Employees of the Department of Posts in Level 4 are eligible for Junior Associate posts only; they are not eligible for Assistant Manager posts.

- Upload required documents including a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent organization.

Selection Process
- Selection based on merit list prepared as per graduation marks percentage (branch/banking outlet-wise).
- In case of tie, preference to candidates with earlier date of birth.
- The bank may conduct an Assessment/Online Test/Group Discussion/Interview if required.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) with vigilance clearance and penalty details is mandatory.
Tenure & Pay
The deputation will initially be for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance and requirements. Officers may draw either the pay of the deputation post or their parent cadre pay with applicable allowances.
