National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released Advertisement No. 05/Grade A/2025-26 for the recruitment of Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ under the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS), Legal Service, and Protocol & Security Service (P&SS). Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- RDBS (General): Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) OR Post Graduate degree/MBA/CA/CS/CMA/Ph.D.
- RDBS (Specialized Disciplines): Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant discipline such as Finance, IT, Agriculture Engineering, Fisheries, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc. with prescribed percentage.
- Legal: Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 60% marks or LLM with 55% marks.
- Protocol & Security Service: Commissioned Officer (Army/Navy/Air Force) with minimum 10 years of service (5 years for PWBD).
Age Limit:
- RDBS/Legal: 21–30 years as on 01 November 2025 (Born between 02 November 1995 and 01 November 2004).
- Protocol & Security: 25–40 years as on 01 November 2025 (Born between 02 November 1985 and 01 November 2000).
- Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, 10–15 years for PWBD as applicable.
Experience: For Protocol & Security only (as above). Others: Not required.

Selection Process
- Phase I: Preliminary Online Examination
- Phase II: Main Examination (Objective + Descriptive)
- Phase III: Psychometric Test (Mandatory)
- Phase IV: Interview
Final selection will be based on marks obtained in Mains and Interview.
